2012 Makes-Me-Wanna SHOUT! Chocolate Layer Cake Challenge winner Austin Brown and the Eatonville Restaurant culinary team (Chef Raphael and pastry chef Gregoria Contreras) are featured in King Arthur Flour’s new Cake Essentials DVD. King Arthur Flour’s Chef Susan Reid joins Austin in the Eatonville kitchen to bake the winning Chocolate Trio Cake for the “Baking Across America” bonus track. The DVD also includes how to tips and recipes for making great cakes. The Cake Essentials DVD is available for purchase exclusively from King Artur Flour’s online catalogue. The DVD is also one of the gifts for a contribution to the 2013 Makes-Me-Wanna SHOUT! IndieGogo Campaign launched to raise money to promote and produce the 2013 challenge. (see below)
